We are currently seeking an Italian Speaking Technical Support Consultant to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our Italian-speaking clients, helping them troubleshoot issues and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services. Responsibilities - Assist Italian-speaking customers with technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a range of technical issues related to our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our support management system.
- Educate customers on product features and provide best practice advice to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the technical team for issue escalation and complex problem resolution.
- Create and update support documentation and FAQs in Italian for customer self-service facilitation.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution of their inquiries.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and support tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- General understanding of technology and software products is a plus.
