Italian Speaking Tech support consultant for Cloud Computing Department - Greece

Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Tech Support Consultant to join the Cloud Computing Department of a leading company in Greece. In this role, you will provide expert technical support to Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with cloud computing services and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Italian-speaking clients regarding cloud computing products and services via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud platforms and services efficiently
• Document client interactions and technical issues accurately in the support system
• Assist clients in understanding cloud service functionalities and optimizing usage
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
• Stay updated on cloud computing trends, technologies, and product updates
• Participate in training sessions to continually enhance technical and customer service expertise

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing high-quality support
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in technical support or IT is an advantage but not mandatory
