Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Evaluate posts, comments, and messages in Italian, making informed decisions to approve, flag, or remove inappropriate content.
• Identify and document policy violations, including hate speech, spam, and other harmful content.
• Engage with users by answering inquiries and clarifying community policies.
• Collaborate with the social media team to share insights on user interactions and community trends.
• Maintain comprehensive records of moderation activities and assist in generating performance reports.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian, with strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in content moderation or related social media roles is preferred but not essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to evaluate content accurately.
• Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content regulations.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a remote team in a dynamic environment.
