Responsibilities - Moderate and review user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Evaluate posts, comments, and messages in Italian, making informed decisions to approve, flag, or remove inappropriate content.
- Identify and document policy violations, including hate speech, spam, and other harmful content.
- Engage with users by answering inquiries and clarifying community policies.
- Collaborate with the social media team to share insights on user interactions and community trends.
- Maintain comprehensive records of moderation activities and assist in generating performance reports.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media moderation.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian, with strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in content moderation or related social media roles is preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to evaluate content accurately.
- Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
