As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking customers with their car rental needs, ensuring a hassle-free experience during their travels.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients, handling inquiries and reservations promptly and professionally.
• Manage the rental process from vehicle pick-up to return, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and effectively communicate rental terms and conditions to customers.
• Collaborate with the operations team to maintain vehicle availability and high service quality.
• Keep up-to-date with the fleet and promotions to provide customers with relevant information and support.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service or the rental/leasing industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and rental management software.
