We're on the hunt for a Order to Invoice Specialist to join our vibrant team and play a key role in supporting international retail projects from quotation all the way through to final delivery and payment.

What you'll do

You'll support the full order lifecycle from quotation to delivery and cash collection, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll prepare quotations, configure products in our systems, and support contract and project administration. You'll coordinate with planning, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to keep deliveries on track and customers happy. You'll also help manage returns, rework processes, and solve delivery challenges when they come up.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and some early professional experience in a business or support role.
• Confident Excel skills and SAP knowledge is a big plus.
• Strong Italian & English skills.
• Open, proactive personality with willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
