Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders in Italian while maintaining attention to detail.
- Verify customer and order information to prevent errors.
- Coordinate with shipping and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate order statuses and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Address any issues related to orders in a proactive manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders and related activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order processing efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in order processing or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Experience with order management systems or relevant software tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends if needed.
