Legal Advisor (Italian Speaking)
Your role in a nutshell:
Provide timely and constructive solution-oriented contract services to maximize revenues and profitability in a manner that minimizes liabilities and risks, whilst delighting the internal and external customer. Also, provide support for drafting, modifications, negotiation, closure & implementation of contracts and provide assistance and contract management support to Vodafone Italy/ Vodafone Global Enterprise.
What you'll do:
• Provide expert contracting support including drafting, modifications, and negotiation for all type of deals, execution and implementation
• Draft contracts with bespoke elements, where limited or no standard content is available
• Provide support to the roll-out of contracts falling into the scope of the team, including project management, drafting, negotiation, closure & implementation
• Provide legal advice to stakeholders and general contract management support to enable the roll out of and closure of all relevant contracts in a timely manner to ensure achievement of revenue targets
• Provide training and support to the Legal Advisors in complex negotiation
• Drive the continuous improvement of the contracting process
• Provide contract management support for project management and negotiation closure of contracts to ensure achievement of revenue targets whilst minimizing and mitigating risks
• Prepare guidance notes to the contracts for other departments in order to enhance speed and simplicity of contracting
• Develop pro-forma local agreements, other standard and non-standard documents (asfor eg. General terms and Conditions, NDA , LOI ) and training materials
What you'll bring to the team:
• Fluent English and Italian language knowledge (both written and oral)
• 3+ years of experience in contract management/commercial legal role
• Law degree
• Commercial, business and contract law awareness
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent project management and analytical skills
• Outstanding problem solving and conflict management skills
• Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent teamwork and facilitation skills
