Key Responsibilities - Manage inquiries from Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Offer detailed information about our services, assisting clients with their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Facilitate smooth transaction processes by assisting clients with bookings, registrations, and other administrative tasks.
- Resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
- Stay engaged with local developments and offerings to enhance client experiences and recommendations.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Previous experience in customer service, support roles, or similar positions is a plus.
- Strong understanding of excellent customer service principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging clients.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office applications is preferred.
- Motivated and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation costs covered by the company.
