Requirements:

Applicants with Certified Instructor status with another major software vendor (or a recognized technical training qualification (such as CompTIA CTT+), and proven MongoDB knowledge (MongoDB Certified Developer, etc)

Applicants with Certified Instructor status with another major software vendor or a recognized technical training qualification (such as CompTIA CTT+), but no proven MongoDB knowledge

Existing Partner CEs with prior MongoDB ILT delivery experience
Partner CEs with proven MongoDB knowledge (Tradecraft, MongoDB Certified Developer)

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience in a software or technology-related field
Demonstrated experience in any of the following areas: teaching/facilitating training events for a highly technical audience, technical training, technical mentoring
Solid understanding of a programming language e.g Java, Node.js, Python etc
Familiarity with modern software development practices and infrastructure
Experience using one or more database technologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A "can-do" attitude, and the willingness to work collaboratively with all members of the extended Training department team
You enjoy self-driven exploration and education on new technologies and languages, and can adapt innovative technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct IT training sessions in Italian and English, both online and in-person.
Develop and deliver training programs on software, hardware, cybersecurity, cloud computing, IT support, and other relevant technologies.
Adapt training approaches based on the audience's skill level (beginners to advanced).
Provide hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-world scenarios.
Evaluate trainees' progress through tests, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
