Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for various job openings across Europe.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
• Provide insightful feedback to candidates and clients following interviews and assessments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide market insights to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a freelance capacity.
• Strong understanding of the consumer services industry and the European job market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently while working remotely.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, as well as online job platforms.
• Ability to adapt to different cultures and help candidates with the transition process.
