As a Support Specialist, you will assist customers with inquiries and issues related to their Fitbit devices, ensuring they have a seamless experience while using their products.
Responsibilities - Provide exemplary support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat communications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Fitbit products
- Educate customers on product features and best practices for usage
- Accurately document customer interactions within our support system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
- Encourage customer engagement through proactive support and recommendations
- Uphold a friendly and professional tone in all communications
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Strong skills in customer service with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred
