Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers through email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Assist with product inquiries, order processing, and general e-commerce queries to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Educate customers about our luxury fashion offerings and guide them through our online store.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to facilitate continual improvement in our services.
- Work collaboratively with the broader e-commerce team to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about product lines and the latest fashion trends to assist customers effectively.
Requirements - Proficiency in Italian with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred but not required.
