Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced SaaS Finance ERP/SCM functional Consultant to join our CSS team in EMEA. As a ERP functional expert you will be responsible for providing functional expertise to support CSS customers by translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable solutions. This role gives you an opportunity to apply your domain knowledge, skills, and experience to work in the Customer Success Services (CSS) team with Oracle SaaS/PaaS products.

ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include: - Act as a functional expert across service delivery activities, including gap analysis, solution design, POCs, demonstrations, requirements gathering, business analysis, project delivery, and quality assurance-working with Oracle teams, client stakeholders, and offshore teams.
- Produce, review, and maintain requirements documentation (e.g., Requirements Specification Documents).
- Analyze business requirements, contribute to functional design, and produce/review Functional Design/Functional Specification documents.
- Travel to client sites as required (within and outside EMEA) to support implementations, product walkthroughs, and POC workshops.
- Collaborate with client personnel and onsite/offshore team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Follow defined standards, tools, and processes to meet Oracle and client quality expectations.
- Document all work in line with agreed delivery standards and processes (Oracle/client).
- Comply with change control processes and align with audit/compliance requirements.
- Provide accurate handover/knowledge transfer at the end of each assignment.
- Provide timely status updates to your supervisor/engagement lead.
Primary Skills & Responsibilities - 5+ years' experience with Oracle applications (SaaS and PaaS), including at least 2+ years in Oracle SaaS implementations; proven delivery experience in Finance solutions within consulting and/or customer environments.
- Functional consulting experience in Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including Fusion GL, Fusion AR, and Fusion Payables (additional financial modules a plus); some SCM knowledge preferred.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SaaS (Oracle E-Business Suite experience is a plus), ideally within at least one industry.
- Self-starter able to work independently and effectively in distributed teams.
- Ability to engage and collaborate directly with client business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills: solution options, estimation, best practices, risk identification, and recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language capability preferred.
- Experience in Oracle SaaS implementation and/or support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Willingness to work offshore and travel to client locations for short-, medium-, or long-term assignments.
- Willingness to pursue Oracle SaaS functional certifications as required.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Exposure to more than one industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of Oracle FMW/PaaS development tools is a plus.
Other Skills - You possess knowledge of basic SQL query writing, Report writing, Workflow / dashboard creation.
