Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Multichannel Support: Deliver high-quality customer care to Italian-speaking users via phone, email, and live messaging.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Guide customers through device features, software setups, OS navigation, and technical issue resolution.
• Brand Representation: Maintain high service standards to uphold the brand's global reputation.
• Product Knowledge: Stay current on device launches, operating system updates, and digital features.
• Case Logging: Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, diagnostics, and resolutions within the CRM system.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Language Capabilities: Advanced or native fluency (C1/C2 level) in Italian; minimum B2-level English for internal documentation, training, and software tools.
• Right to Work & Location: Residing in Greece (or relocating prior to start) with an EU passport or valid Greek work permit.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating modern digital devices, software applications, and consumer tech tools.
• Key Attributes: Strong active listening skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
