What's on Offer?Your Role:- Handle incoming customer calls, converting inquiries into sales.
- Work towards performance targets in sales, call-handling, and service quality.
- Track and manage customer reservations, ensuring seamless support.
- Assist other markets by handling cross-market calls.
- Professionally handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Share customer feedback with team leaders to improve service quality.
- Work as part of a team, supporting and motivating colleagues.
Salary Progression:- Training Period: €5.60 per hour (€11,648 per year).
- Post-Training: €7.61 per hour (€15,828 per year).
- After Probation: €7.87 per hour (€16,366 per year).
- With Performance Increases: Up to €8.34 per hour (€17,340 per year).
- Performance Bonuses: Earn up to €2,500 per year.
- Language Allowance: An additional €85 per month (€1,020 per year).
- Full-Time Position: 40-hour work week, Monday to Sunday, between 8 AM - 7 PM.
- Start Date: 4th April.
