Job Title: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Position Overview

Representing top brands, you will support Italian customers by resolving incoming inquiries via phone, chat, and email. This role is ideal for proactive problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Manage inbound Italian customer requests via live chat, phone, and email with professionalism and care.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer challenges, identify root causes, and deliver customized, efficient solutions.
• System Logging: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, ticket updates, and resolutions in the CRM software.
• Performance Goals: Consistently meet operational targets, including CSAT, First Contact Resolution, and average handle times.
• Ongoing Learning: Participate in continuous training programs to stay updated on product releases, policies, and workflows.

Qualifications

Essential Criteria:

• Italian Language: Fluent proficiency (C1/C2 level) in both written and spoken Italian.
• English Competency: Minimum B2 proficiency for internal communication, systems training, and team collaboration.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible 24/7 rotational shift pattern.
• On-Site Requirement: Full-time daily presence at our Lisbon site.
• Work Authorization: EU/EEA citizenship, EU passport, or full legal authorization to work in Portugal.

Compensation Models

Candidates can choose between two tailored compensation options based on their personal situation:

  • Base Pay: €1,262.33 gross/month (12-month schedule).
  • Ideal For: Candidates already residing in Lisbon or those who prefer to arrange independent housing.
• Option 2: Relocation Support Package
  
  
  • Base Pay: €1,059.00 gross/month (12-month schedule).
  • Accommodation: Private room in a shared company-managed flat with all utility bills included.
