In this role, you will be the front-line contact for Italian clients, handling inquiries via phone, live chat, and email to deliver quick and helpful assistance. Primary Duties

• Client Communication: Respond to inbound inquiries from Italian-speaking customers through calls, emails, and live chats using a helpful, professional tone.
• Troubleshooting: Evaluate customer requests, pinpoint root issues, and provide precise, customized fixes promptly.
• Record Keeping: Carefully document every customer interaction, issue ticket, and resolution status within internal CRM databases.
• Performance Metrics: Consistently hit operational target metrics including CSAT scores, First Contact Resolution (FCR), and handling times.
• Ongoing Upskilling: Participate in ongoing training programs to keep pace with dynamic product details, company guidelines, and operational procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Italian Fluency: Native or advanced proficiency (C1/C2 level) in both written and spoken Italian.
• English Skills: Minimum B2 (upper-intermediate) level for company training, internal correspondence, and software navigation.
• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work a 24/7 rotational schedule covering variable days and times.
• Work Location: Daily on-site attendance at our Lisbon headquarters.
• Legal Status: EU citizenship, an EU passport, or active legal authorization to work in Portugal.
• Key Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening skills, composure under pressure, and a proactive attitude.

Compensation PackagesApplicants can select from two tailored remuneration choices depending on their situation:

• Option 1: Standard Salary Package (For Local Candidates)
  
  • Base Pay: €1,262.33 Gross monthly (distributed over 12 months).
  • Best For: Individuals who already live in Lisbon or prefer to manage their own living arrangements independently.
• Option 2: Relocation Assistance Package (For Relocating Candidates)
  
  • Base Pay: €1,059.00 Gross monthly (distributed over 12 months).
  • Housing Included: A private bedroom provided in a shared company apartment, with all standard utility expenses (water, electricity, gas, internet) completely covered.
