Italian Speaking Credit & Collections Analyst
Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for finance? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Analyst to join our Credit & Collections team. What you'll do:
- Managing client accounts receivables portfolio and credit lines through a proactive collection of debts and reminding customers of their due payments mainly via email and phone.
- Sending balance information, statements, and invoice copies.
- Keeping customer database and accounts up-to-date, registering and following up cases (i.e. contact information).
- Managing relationships with customers, partners, and car rental stations.
- Cooperating with departments in the BSC and in the countries.
- Continuously striving for process improvement, actively contributing to knowledge and idea-sharing within the team.
You should apply if you bring:
- Near-native level of Italian and Advanced knowledge of English (verbal, written).
- Ideally 1 year of experience in collection, accounts receivables role, but talented and capable fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Analytical mind-set, logical thinking, and accuracy.
- A collaborative mindset with a drive to be the best together!
