Your primary objective is to cultivate a welcoming, entertaining, and secure digital environment by assessing user-submitted material against corporate safety protocols:

• Media Evaluation: Scrutinize and filter Italian-language submissions-encompassing video clips, text, imagery, and audio-to guarantee total compliance with community rules.
• Policy Enforcement: Take immediate action regarding uploads that breach platform regulations, including cyberbullying, fake news, copyright violations, or hate speech.
• Cultural Interpretation: Keep abreast of current Italian slang, viral internet trends, and regional nuances to make well-informed decisions on flagged media.
• Performance Metrics: Maintain high efficiency and precision standards to consistently achieve targeted project KPIs.
• Issue Escalation: Route complex, borderline, or highly sensitive matters to senior policy specialists and management for secondary review.
• Professional Development: Participate in regular training workshops to stay completely aligned with evolving policy updates and software modifications.

Candidate Qualifications
Minimum Standards

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native mastery of Italian (C1/C2 level), paired with a solid command of English (B2 level or higher) for company onboarding, internal communications, and software use.
