In this important role, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of our clients' social media platforms by managing content and user interactions in Italian. Your linguistic skills and cultural understanding will be key to fostering a positive and engaging online community.

As a Content Moderator, your primary tasks will include reviewing user-generated content, ensuring adherence to community guidelines, and engaging with users to address queries or concerns. Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content on various social media channels in Italian
• Evaluate content to ensure compliance with established community standards and brand policies
• Engage with community members via comments and messages, providing timely responses
• Identify, report, and escalate any inappropriate content or behavior
• Collaborate with the social media team to optimize user engagement and satisfaction
• Analyze user feedback to inform and improve moderation strategies
• Stay updated on trends in social media and moderation best practices

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both verbal and written, is essential
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly indicated in your CV and/or cover letter
• Previous experience in social media content moderation or related roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in community management, customer service, or related fields is valuable
