Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content in the gaming and e-sports community specifically in Italian
• Evaluate content submissions and interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines
• Assist players through forums and chat platforms by answering queries and addressing any concerns
• Identify and escalate instances of unsuitable behavior or content
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the user experience and encourage community participation
• Stay updated on gaming trends and e-sports news for effective moderation
• Contribute to fostering a respectful and inclusive online environment

Requirements

• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong familiarity with gaming and e-sports culture
• Experience in content moderation or community management is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for interpersonal relations
• Detail-oriented and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
