About The Role

Your role as Italian Speaking Content and Outreach Executive

In your role as Italian Outreach and Content Executive, you will sit within our Outreach team in SEO, and you will be responsible for creating links from off-site websites to our client websites.

You will do this through the creation of unique content and building relationships with webmasters and bloggers of third-party websites to agree content publication.

You will also produce engaging SEO content in the regional language across several different niches.

You will need to be a proactive and resilient individual with excellent attention to detail and a natural creative flair.

No prior experience is required however you must be able to demonstrate a keen interest for the industry. Must be fluent in Italian.

Duties Include:

  • Work alongside the Technical SEO Team and Senior DMEs/Head of Department to follow client strategies and secure good quality, thematic, natural links
  • Manage your own portfolio of link building campaigns
  • Have Outreach client lead responsibilities, ensuring client folders are created and kept up to date with internal documents, alongside other admin and quality checks
  • Follow our internal link guidelines and specifications to ensure we are securing the best quality links we can for our clients
  • Demonstrate resilience when contacting webmasters and bloggers.
  • You'll need to proactively prospect each month to complete your link allocation for the month
  • Listen in and contribute on client calls where required
  • Work alongside the wider teams to assist with client deliverables and translation work
  • Creatively research client industry related topics to produce original content
  • Can write engaging content in regional dialect across various niches
  • Work to set internal metrics, targets, deadlines and KPIs
  • Proactively volunteer to pick up additional tasks as and when required to help support the Outreach team
  • Ensure daily admin tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Be proactive in your personal development and keep up to date with industry changes


What we'd like you to bring to the role:

  • Must be fluent in Italian
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Great communication skills both written and verbally
  • Demonstrates resilience and determination to get the job done
  • Able to hit targets and work within strict deadlines
  • Can follow direction and is open to feedback
  • Good time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Understand common SEO metrics e.g. DA, Trust Flow, Traffic etc
  • Experience of industry SEO tools and applications e.g. Moz, SEMrush, etc.
  • Prior experience of working within a Digital Marketing agency is desirable but not essential
