In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to our Italian-speaking clients, helping them optimize their online payment systems for a seamless transaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking clients with inquiries and issues related to online payment solutions
• Conduct training sessions to educate clients on payment system functionalities and best practices
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide timely resolutions to enhance client experience
• Document all client interactions and maintain comprehensive records of support activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex client challenges
• Collect and implement feedback from clients to continually improve service offerings
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in online payment technologies

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
