Responsibilities - Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Troubleshoot inquiries related to banking services, transactions, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Guide clients on banking products and services that meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
- Stay informed on banking regulations and new offerings to assist clients accurately.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or a banking role is preferred.
