You will serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, providing assistance and resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities - Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to banking services, account management, and transactions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints swiftly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Educate customers about available banking products and services tailored to their needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and updates to provide informed assistance to clients.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Experience in customer service or a banking environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong orientation toward customer satisfaction.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
