Responsibilities

• Engage with Italian-speaking B2B clients to assess their business challenges and requirements
• Craft and present customized solutions that address client needs and objectives
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth solution deployment and integration
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients post-implementation
• Maintain thorough documentation of client communications and project details
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new technological developments
• Develop and nurture strong relationships to promote client retention and business growth

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
• Proven experience in B2B solutions consulting or similar roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation package provided.
