What you would be doing in this position:

• Updating order prices based on a provided list.

• Issuing simple invoices.

• Uploading invoices prepared by others to customer portals.

• Filling out Excel spreadsheets and providing administrative support.

• Participating in client-related tasks depending on capacity and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

• Active student status for at least one more year at a Hungarian institution.

• Confident Italian and English communications skills are required.

• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week.

• Relevant experience is considered as an advantage.

• Confident Excel user, capable of working efficiently and accurately with spreadsheets.

• Hybrid work model preferred (approx. 50% remote after training).
