Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients regarding accommodation inquiries through various remote communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist clients with the booking process, special requests, and any questions related to their stay.
• Effectively resolve guest issues and complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions accurately and follow up on inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
• Educate clients about available accommodation options, amenities, and services.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
• Stay updated on company policies and local attractions to provide clients with engaging suggestions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality sector is preferred.
