Qualification and Experience

Education:
Minimum: Graduate or global equivalent degree
Additional: Post - Graduate or global equivalent
Experience:
2 - 5 years' experience preferably in
Travel and Tourism or Service industry
Mandatory Additional Requirements
Knowledge & Key Skills:
Proficiency in MS office & good typing speed
Adaptability and presence of mind to handle
customer queries and expectations.
Team management skills
Fluency in Italian and English Language - Ability to read write and speak fluently, knowledge of an additional international or of the
local language of the Country of posting would be very helpful
