Position Overview:In this pivotal role, you'll ensure regulatory compliance and support client relationships in the dynamic Italian gaming market. What You Will Do:- Certification Support: Assist the Account Management team and clients with the certification process for both existing and new products, ensuring timely and accurate execution of certification procedures.
- Compliance Processes: Oversee the initiation of new compliance processes in collaboration with Test Labs and the client's Compliance Team.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to compliance with test labs.
- Regulatory Expertise: Maintain expertise in Italian gaming regulations and monitor regulatory changes to plan timely adjustments.
- Client Communication: Inform clients promptly regarding annual game re-certification and provide support for compliance-related queries.
- Documentation Management: Collect and maintain client contact information, operator/brand details, and other required documentation for the Account Management team.
- Technical Testing: Test new features on behalf of the Account Management team and clients. Ensure technical functionality by testing the client's player user journey before go-live.
- Coordination: Coordinate internal review projects with the Account Management and Operations teams.
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients and new feature development with support from technical teams.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any additional tasks as required by the Account Management and Operations teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the Italian market.
- Languages: Fluency in Italian and English.
- Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of Italian gaming regulations.
- Skills: Strong organizational and management skills, excellent communication and client service skills.
- Work Ethic: Precise, responsive, and collaborative work ethic.
