TCS New Delhi Hiring Italian Language Specialist
Role: Italian Language Specialist
Location: New Delhi
Experience: 2 4 years
Shift Timing: (5PM 2:30AM and 10PM 7AM).
Education:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
Job Role
In this role, associates will provide effective Italian language support for procurement operations on behalf of TCS, ensuring alignment with client legal and statutory requirements, agreed company processes, and Service Level Agreements.
Skills:
• Primary skill: Italian language proficiency, including ability to read, understand, and communicate process-related information effectively.
• Secondary skills: basic knowledge of procurement operations, supply chain operations, PR/SC handling, PO creation support, and process compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Should understand Customer Quality and Productivity Expectations.
• Timeliness & accuracy for processing, receiving and validating requests.
• Handle queries from customer / third party stakeholders.
• Following up of open items.
• Following escalation matrix provided by customer for open items.
• Perform peer to peer quality check to limit processing errors.
Responsibilities:
• As an Operations Team Member, associates will work quickly, safely, and efficiently to manage SLA.
• Ensuring the products are delivered on time.
• Apply basic understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations as secondary/domain skills while supporting Italian language-based activities.
• Receive PR/SC requests, review standard checkpoints after due diligence, and support PO creation while interpreting Italian-language inputs where applicable.
• Ensure accuracy and SLA are met by undertaking appropriate checking and monitoring productivity on daily/weekly and monthly basis.
• Identify, assist and implement Process Improvements.
• Maintain and implement personal development plans in partnership with immediate supervisor.
• Adhering to standard operating procedures/training manuals while executing the task.
• Ensuring compliance with the quality of deliverables.
• Comply to internal TCS requirements, accomplish required activities as per deadlines.
• Foster and maintain high level of communication within team.
• Foster and maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders.
• Support Italian-language communication with st akeholders, where required, to enable timely clarification and resolution of operational queries.
• Attend weekly calls and other business communications with the clients local team, as necessary.
