Italian Emergency Roadside Assistance Officer with a fully paid relocation to Greece. This role involves providing immediate support and assistance to Italian-speaking customers experiencing roadside emergencies, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly to roadside assistance requests from Italian-speaking clients via phone and other communication channels.
- Assess the situation accurately and coordinate appropriate emergency services such as towing, repairs, or other assistance.
- Provide clear, compassionate communication to customers during stressful situations.
- Document all interactions and service activities thoroughly and accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely and effective customer support.
- Stay informed about company policies, emergency procedures, and service offerings to enhance service quality.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English or Greek is an advantage.
- Experience in emergency roadside assistance, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation costs covered.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for shift work as required.
