Your Mission

As a Content Moderator, you will help maintain a safe and positive online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it follows community guidelines.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Reviewing and moderating online content
• Identifying policy violations and taking appropriate action
• Helping improve platform safety and user experience
• Working with internal tools and moderation systems
• Maintaining high accuracy and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian + English B2
• Strong attention to detail
• Responsible and professional mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Emotionally resilient and able to manage sensitive content exposure
• Team player with good communication skills

Important: This role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content. Emotional resilience and professional maturity are essential.
