In the IT Support Specialist position, you will play a key role in keeping the company's IT environment running smoothly. You will become the person others will turn to for help when technology stops working as it should. Your presence will ensure that users' daily work is not disrupted by technical problems.
Your tasks - Provide technical support to end users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
- Managing user accounts in systems (e.g. Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
- Monitoring IT infrastructure and responding to incidents
- Creating and updating technical documentation and user manuals
- Maintaining the security of IT systems in accordance with company policy
Requirements - Experience in working in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of Italian language
- Ability to diagnose technical problems and solve them effectively
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language
