ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our Damage Management team, you'll play a key role in invoice processing for the Italian market. You'll work closely with various departments and suppliers to ensure invoices are processed efficiently and accurately using our internal systems.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Digitally process incoming invoices using our internal invoice management tools
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to clarify discrepancies
• Support invoice volume monitoring in coordination with Damage Management and Accounts Payable
• Contribute to ongoing projects within the department

YOUR PROFILE

• Previous experience in accounting, operational purchasing, or the automotive sector is a plus (training in mechatronics or a commercial background is an advantage)
• T You speak and write Italian fluently, and have a professional level of English
• You are precise, detail-oriented, and enjoy structured tasks
• You are proactive, organized, and work well independently and in a team
• Eligibility for a CIVP contract is a plus
