HR Recruiting Intern with Italian you will:
- Learn and use various recruitment tools and systems to identify top talent.
- Support administrative tasks such as interview scheduling and candidate management.
- Assist with job postings and communication with hiring managers.
- Act as a point of contact for applicants, guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Occasionally support sourcing and screening profiles to identify suitable candidates.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and assist with other recruitment-related initiatives.
About our future InternWe're looking for motivated students or recent graduates who are passionate about HR and Recruiting and fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
Additionally, you should have:- Willingness to learn new skills and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Strong customer service skills and confidence in communicating with stakeholders and candidates.
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week (flexible schedule possible).
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with MS Office and other Microsoft tools.
