Practicalities

Your TeamThe Managed Accounts Department was created 5 years ago and has grown significantly these last years. We are fully focused on providing excellent service to our clients by handling their inventory and delivering extraordinary results. As a team of 10, we are eager to learn, grow and above all succeed together. We are collaborative, supportive with each other and we achieve all of our goals as one.

Your Role and ImpactAs an intern in our team, you won't just be supporting day-to-day tasks - you will play an essential role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and tenants. You will do this by;

• Owning the communication process, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries on our clients' profiles.
• Providing personalized guidance to potential tenants, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed decisions.
• Keeping client documents up to date, ensuring preferences and criteria are always reflected accurately.
• Supporting clients with pre- and post-booking requests, offering solutions proactively.
• Gathering and sharing critical feedback on product usage and new features to enhance our service.
• Collaborating closely with the Sales team to create the best possible experience for our clients.
• Offering consultative support, tailoring solutions based on the client's region and specific needs.
• Engaging proactively, making outbound calls to assist clients with bookings.

• Confident in making outbound calls and engaging with clients directly.
• You speak Italian on a native / fluent level
