Intern, Tender Management (with Italian)

We are a growing team looking for an Intern, Tender Management in the Pricing department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Bucharest office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO ...

As an Intern, Tender Management you'll work on interesting responsibilities like cross-coordinating within our Sales departments and pricing specialists while keeping great attention to detail in order to meet the needs of customers. In this role you will:

• Support our tender managers and sales representatives in tender administration processes
• Review and correct kilometer calculations and other factors produced by the internal and external systems
• Review and organize tender-related documents and contracts
• Improve and thrive for automation in the current manual tender administration processes
• Prepare final tender offers for our customers in the required formats

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ...

• Previous experience in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience with CRM
• Bias for action while keeping an open eye for improvement and automation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Ability to problem solve and great attention to detail
• Analytical focus
