As an
HR Payroll Intern, you will be part of the Human Resources team, working closely with the payroll area to ensure accurate and efficient management of employee-related administrative processes. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international setting, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to key projects.
What You'll Do - Support data collection and verification for payroll processing.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and labor documentation.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the Payroll area.
- Collaborate with international teams, especially with Italy.
- Learn about labor regulations, HR management tools, and payroll systems.
What We're Looking For- Final-year student or recent graduate in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.
- Interest in Human Resources and administrative management.
- High level of Italian (minimum B2) to collaborate directly with the Italian team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Team spirit and proactive attitude.
