HR Generalist (Spanish & Italian) - Temporary

JOB PURPOSE

If you are eager to support the HR team with initiative and proactivity, and excited to tackle various HR-related topics while providing support to Spain and Italy, speaking both languages then this role is just for you!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to HR executives.
• Policy and Procedure Documentation: Prepare and process paperwork related to HR policies and procedures.
• Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries & concerns and assist in resolving conflicts.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by providing relevant data, such as attendance, leave, and overtime.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
• HR Projects Coordination: Help coordinate HR projects and initiatives, particularly those related to the Productivity Plan & IC Separation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish, Italian and English, as the role involves supporting HR functions in Spain and Italy.
• Previous HR Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
