Job DescriptionMorgan McKinley are delighted to present an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator with fluent Arabic or Italian to join a leading global organisation based in Cork.
This role would suit a candidate with a HR qualification & ideally 2-3 years HR experience.
Working hours: 39 hours per week
Hybrid working option is available. Contract type: Temporary
Description: - Act as a primary HR point of contact for all employee enquiries regarding benefits, employee data, HR systems and pay for EMEA countries.
- Respond to incomingh queries from employees in relation to contracts, payslips etc..
- Administer HR-related processes for internal customers, including data entry and support for the HRIS tool.
- Manage internal HR databases & ensure they are updated accordingly.
- Develop strong internal relationships across Human Resources and with internal process partners to better understand these functions.
- Analyze trends and report results, bringing findings and insights from our team to our businesses.
- Ad hoc administration as required.
Key Qualifications - Fluency in English and Arabic or Italian is required
- Proven ability working with confidential data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
- Experience helping to improve operations and deliver a great customer experience.
