Your mission will be...

• Support HR administrative processes and transactions for employees in Italy.
• Handle employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, contractual changes, transfers and offboarding activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within HR systems, performing updates and validations as required.
• Manage organizational structure data, including reporting lines, cost centers, organizational units and manager assignments.
• Monitor, investigate and resolve master data discrepancies, ensuring data quality and compliance with internal standards.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards and data analyses to support business and operational needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of HR requests and employee records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting process optimization and the adoption of automation-driven solutions.

We are looking for someone with...

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong digital and IT proficiency, including solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience with Workday or other HR systems is considered a strong advantage.
• Customer-oriented team player with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and achieving results.
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adjust to evolving processes and responsibilities, including those driven by automation and digital transformation.
• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and openness to learning new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
