We are now looking for a new
HR Administrator with Italian to join our dynamic team in
Cluj-Napoca, Romania!The HR Administrator supports daily human resources operations, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth employee lifecycle processes, and compliance with company policies in relation to specific activities. At the beginning, this role will be a hybrid one, and administrative responsibilities will be gradually assigned.
Key Responsibilities - Support Payroll with checks, controls and maintenance of local Time & Attendance System.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, mainly HCM.
- Manage car fleet administration for Italian employees, liaising with car fleet providers and employees, maintain car reports, prepare SOX controls for cars, check and approve invoices, distribute fuel cards, support drivers in case of issues and escalations.
- Support Italy HRBPs with reporting reviews, generate HR reports and support audits as needed.
- Support Italy HRBP with other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Italian language required.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of HR processes.
- Understanding of Italian labor regulations preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Understanding of HR processes.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software.
