The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a colorful Garden Island with all the charm and intimacy of a traditional Maldivian Village. Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, the island's accommodations, restaurants and recreational facilities are all close at hand, arranged around a beautiful central promenade lined with borders of bougainvillea, frangipani and hibiscus flowers.
A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort.What you will do:- Coordinate with departments to ensure top-tier guest experiences.
- Prepare management reports and ensure VIP rooms are ready for perfect arrivals.
- Greet arriving and departing guests, providing genuine hospitality and recognition.
- Act as the main contact for in-house guests, quickly resolving any concerns.
- Conduct resort tours and offer personalized assistance to guests.
- Represent senior management in their absence and keep them informed of guest and staff-related incidents.
- Supervise and train Experience Assistant Agents, ensuring guest preferences are properly recorded and catered to.
- Perform routine inspections of public areas and guest rooms to maintain high standards.
- Manage night shift operations and maintain a network of industry contacts.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
- Provide feedback and support to staff, participating in briefings and meetings.
- Assist the Department Head in motivating and developing a skilled team, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Support employee development through coaching, training, and fostering company values.
- Assist with preparing annual plans, managing departmental expenses, and achieving budgetary goals.
- Oversee the Guest Experience Program and ensure guest recognition programs are effectively implemented.
- Handle any additional duties as required.
What you bring:- 3-4 years of experience in 5-star hotels or resorts.
- Strong management skills and potential for growth.
- Excellent English, math, and psychometric abilities.
- Business acumen, guest PR skills, and personal flair.
- Fluency in Italian would be an added advantage.
- International experience; fluency in a foreign language would be an added advantage.

Schedule & Hours:- This is a full time position
- 48 hours a week with one day off
