Full-Stack Software Engineer - Italian Speaker

Assigned to our branch in Tirana (on site), with nearly 150 colleagues, most of which are dedicated to software development, you will be part of the Research and Development team, the beating heart of the Group's innovation. We are constantly committed to researching and developing new technologies and solutions to anticipate market needs and exceed our customers' expectations. We invest significantly in artificial intelligence (AI), exploring its potential to develop innovative solutions and improve our products and services

In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.

In particular, you will:

• Design, build and improve scalable systems, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful business impact.

• Proactively propose technical and product improvements, challenging requirements when needed and suggesting better alternatives aligned with business goals.

• Monitor production issues and contributing to root cause analysis and prevention.

• Review pulls requests with a focus on quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

What skills are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of experience in software development;

• Product-driven mindset and a high sense of ownership;

• Strong expertise in the TypeScript ecosystem, with deep knowledge of Node.js and modern backend development practices;

• Experience with front-end development in React.js;

• Experience designing and building microservices;

• Experience working with MongoDB;

• Proven experience using modern AI coding assistants effectively;

• Advanced proficiency both in Italian and English (C1 level).

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field;

• Familiarity with NestJS and Fastify or Express;

• Familiarity with Microfrontend architectures;

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, quality and security gates;

• Familiarity with automated testing (e.g. unit, integration, and E2E tests);

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
