The Food & Beverage Team Leader is concerned with the efficient and professional service of food and beverages within the restaurant, ensuring that the restaurant returns a budgeted profit through tight cost and stock control. This role directly supervises team members while ensuring that all guests receive optimum service by the standards, policies, and procedures of Hilton.

What will I be doing?

As the Food & Beverage Team Leader in the Tosca outlet, you will have the opportunity to create a memorable experience for our guests guided by the Hilton procedures and standards. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Familiarization with the food and beverage menu contents to recommend to the guest

• Understand dietary requirements and offer appropriate suggestions.

• Be a wine connoisseur so you can impress the guests through your recommendation

• Post transactions and ensure cashiering is carried out according to the cash handling procedure

• Plan for any group or private function and pay attention to details when planning and executing the action

• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant at all time

• Ensure that all service procedures are carried out to the standards required.

• Accommodate any guest request or offer appropriate alternatives.

• Follow up on any guest questions or queries immediately, and if you don't have the answer, check with your Manager.

• Ensure that safe and healthy working practices are observed throughout the service.

• Supervisor team on duty and offer necessary training to enhance the team members' service skills.

• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What are we looking for?

An Outlet Team Leader serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• 2-3 years of Food & Beverage experience and familiarity with Italian cuisine will be an added advantage

• 1 year of experience in supervising a small team

• Ability to interact with guests and possess a good command of English both verbal and written

• Passionate about service excellence

• Training skills and ability to apply learning

• Outgoing personality and willing to work for long hours.
