Financial Reporting Senior Analyst with Italian

The Accounting Leveraged Capability is seeking a Financial Reporting Senior/Lead Analyst with Italian language to join our Finance office in Luxembourg. This role provides a great opportunity to join a team which will provide services going far beyond typical accounting processes, as those will be delivered by other partners. The role will be responsible for ensuring all business transactions are recorded and classified in the financial statements in accordance with IFRS and/or other Local GAAP. as well as supporting reliable tax compliance and reporting of the legal entities, for which services are provided. The successful candidate will be self-driven, highly motivated, and focused on creating long term value.

The Accounting Leveraged Capability is part of Koch Global Solutions (KGS), a company providing specialized professional services to multiple entities of Koch Industries across the World.

You will join our new team being formed in Luxembourg. As part of our team's expansion, we are currently selecting a new office which will be located in either Main Station, Cloche D'Or or Howald districts.

What You Will Do

• Review annual financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS and/or other Local GAAP by other reporting global hubs.
• Coordinate internal and external financial audits and build long term relations with statutory auditors in different EU countries.
• Assist with tax audits and preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
• Actively participate in ad-hoc projects and additional recurring responsibilities as deemed necessary by top management (i.e. Business Restructures, Technical Accounting Research and Guidance, among others).
• Partner with business and other capabilities (tax, legal, corporate accounting, treasury) in achieving transformation goals of Koch while maintaining the highest standards in financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Become a preferred partner in cooperation with businesses and foster environment where opportunities for improvement of financial reporting processes prevail.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required.
• Proven experience in financial reporting of production entities.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• General knowledge and understanding of CIT and WHT reporting requirements and regulations.
• Knowledge of IFRS and or other local accounting principles and standards.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively to maximize value creation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong contribution motivated mindset.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in a Shared Services Center Environment.
• Preferably knowledgeable in SAP or similar ERPs including INFOR system solutions.
• Experience in a big four company (PwC, Deloitte, EY or KPMG).
