We are looking for a Italian speaking team member to join our Finance & Controlling team, supporting local Italian sales functions.
If you have experience in accounting and finance, or motivation to learn and develop in this area in international environment, this job could be great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities related to Italian distribution company
• Assist the sales team in preparing administrative documents for tenders and important lighting projects
• Maintain financial transactions, reports and performance KPIs to support business decisions
• Manage monthly recharges and ensure accuracy and transparency cost allocation across different partners
• Support audit processes and comply with internal control framework
• Contribute to digital transformation of finance processes through automation, analytics, and process improvements.

• Languages: fluent Italian and English
• Preferred but not mandatory degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
• Preferred experience in administration, financial controlling, or corporate finance. We also welcome motivated applicants from other fields.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle data and deliver clear insights.
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
