The "Major Programs" offering operates within the Organization & Workforce Transformation Offering, as part of Deloitte's Human Capital services. The Practice is dedicated to supporting leading national and international players in both the public and private sectors, with the management of complex organizational, technological, and cultural transformation programs. It aims to help clients identify the best strategy to address their specific needs. In a constantly evolving context where technologies and requirements change rapidly, the practice provides innovative solutions to effectively coordinate projects and stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring the achievement of set objectives.

By joining the Major Programs offering, you will have the opportunity to work in multidisciplinary and international teams, executing cross-industry projects, focusing on the following key areas:

• Management of governance and decision-making processes of strategic initiatives
• Planning, execution, and control of complex organizational, technological, and cultural transformation projects, in terms of planning, monitoring, and reporting activities, risks & issue management and quality management
• Establishment of KPI frameworks to facilitate reporting and analysis activities focused on optimizing processes
• Development and application of innovative Agile and Hybrid PMO methodologies
• Communication management to foster alignment and engagement of key stakeholders and support the creation of project documentation.

#Your Role

As a Consultant, your role will focus on proactively supporting and executing project activities you are involved in. Under the supervision of more experienced colleagues, you will be responsible for the quality of your work and its full alignment with client priorities, objectives, and needs, constantly striving to pursue our ambition to "make an impact that matters".

Key activities

• Conduct research and gather data for analysis to support activities
• Prepare and develop high-quality presentations and project documentation that effectively support project delivery and client communication
• Collaborate proactively and cooperatively with the project team
• Share proposals and ideas with the work team
• Show a strong inclination towards teamwork, collaboration, and supporting colleagues, always maintaining a positive approach to situations
• Utilize key software for monitoring and analyzing KPIs (particularly Microsoft Office Suite).

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:

• Preferable degree in Economics or Management/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Possess 1-4 years of experience in PMO roles, demonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within complex consulting environments
• Excellent command of the English language
• Good command of the Italian language

Additionally, the profile is completed by:

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
• Propensity for planning and monitoring activities
• Strong motivation for the consulting sector
• Organizational autonomy, initiative, and creativity
• Excellent communication and relational skills (both written and oral)
• Ability to use Project Management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
