Event and Field Marketing Specialist - Italian Market

At Factorial we're looking for an Event and Field Marketing Specialist for the Italian Market to help us accelerate our growth and take the company to the next level.

The Role
We are looking a highly motivated Event and Field Marketing Specialist, responsible for planning and executing field and event marketing initiatives aimed at generating high-quality pipeline. Your focus will be on acquiring and engaging SME and mid-market prospects in Italy, ensuring event initiatives are aligned with business goals.

This position requires cross-team collaboration, strong project management, and performance analysis to optimize event outcomes. As a key member of the marketing team, your role will contribute to the full marketing funnel by creating impactful experiences that convert leads into opportunities. You will work closely with sales, growth operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and implement a marketing events strategy. This includes identifying and prioritizing events, managing budgets, allocating resources, negotiating contracts, and executing a diverse program of activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and conferences.
• Partner with industry experts, associations, and influencers in the HR ecosystem to strengthen Factorial's presence in the market and support thought leadership activities such as events and webinars.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to develop and launch integrated regional campaigns (emails, webinars, paid media, and Account-Based Marketing initiatives) with clear ownership of campaign ROI.
• Track, measure, and report on regional marketing performance, including pipeline generation, key demand KPIs, and identify challenges and optimization opportunities.

Your Profile

• Native Italian and Fluent English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in field marketing and/or demand generation, with a proven track record of planning and executing a wide range of B2B events, both online and in person.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to execute regional marketing initiatives.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, with experience analyzing marketing performance data and making data-driven decisions.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
• Interest in and experience with the B2B SaaS or high-tech environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and building positive relationships with both team members and external stakeholders.
